Conditions for Refunds

For the Services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The services were not performed as described.
• Significant technical issues originated from our side.
• The request is made within the 7-day window.

Hardware Returns

Any physical hardware purchased through us adheres to the manufacturer's warranty and return policy. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any product back.
